Add greens (optional):
Stir in kale or spinach if using, and simmer for 1–2 minutes until wilted. -
Finish with lemon juice & herbs:
Squeeze in lemon juice for brightness. Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
